1. Preamble

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all financial transactions made to SBDS CYBER CAFE SKILL TECH TRAINING EDUCATION PVT LTD (SBDS), operated under (MCA CORPORATION AFFAIRS), in connection with course enrollments, training programs, or franchise applications.

By making any payment to SBDS, the user (“You”, “Student”, or “Franchisee”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Policy..

2. General Policy

a) All payments made towards admission, registration, training, certification, or franchise fees are non-transferable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

b) Students and franchisees are advised to carefully review all course details, eligibility criteria, and policies before making any payment.

c) Once payment is received, it shall be deemed as confirmation of agreement to SBDS’s academic and institutional terms.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

1. Duplicate or Excess Payment:
2. If a payment is made twice for the same transaction, the excess amount may be refunded after proper verification.
3. Course Cancellation by SBDS:
4. If any course, batch, or training program is cancelled by SBDS due to administrative or unforeseen reasons, the full amount may be refunded or adjusted towards another course.
5. Technical Error in Transaction:
6. In case of payment failure or deduction without confirmation, the refund will be processed upon confirmation from the payment gateway or bank.

No refund shall be granted if a student discontinues the course, is expelled due to misconduct, or fails to attend classes after enrollment.

4. Franchise Refund Terms

a) Fees paid towards franchise registration, authorization, or documentation are strictly non-refundable, once the agreement process has commenced.

b) In case of rejection of a franchise application before agreement signing, 50% of the amount (excluding processing charges) may be refunded at the sole discretion of management.

5. Mode and Duration of Refund

a) Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 15 to 30 working days through the original mode of payment or via account transfer.

b) The user must provide all necessary details (transaction ID, payment proof, and bank account information) to initiate refund processing.

6. Non-Refundable Components

The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:

1. Registration fees and admission charges
2. Examination or certification fees
3. Processing and documentation charges
4. Digital learning material and online access fees.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to payments, refunds, or cancellations shall be addressed through written communication to sbdscybercafeskilltech@gmail.com.

In case of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gurdaspur, Punjab.

8. Amendments

SBDS reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All such amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on the official website.
